Choosing Your Target Market And Then Creating Your Authentic Marketing Message: (Tuesday October11, 20:00 GMT) This week sees us look at the importance of having a target market in mind BEFORE starting to plan any marketing campaign. Too often bland and unfocused marketing messages get lost in the ether and are either ignored or just don’t get in front of the right people. By focusing on a target market that you are DRAWN to work with, you will have jumped ahead of 95% of other business owners, who are still trying to be all things to all people. The second half of this call will look at the unique set of problems your target market has and looks at the benefits and solutions that you have to solve these problems.
Module Four
Building Your Referral Network: (Tuesday October18, 20:00 GMT) Of all the marketing strategies out there today, nothing works as well as a great referral programme. But far too often referrals are left to chance and business owners don’t realise that they can build solid referral networks of both happy and contented ex-clients (who are very happy to refer you on to friends family members and colleagues), and also of referral partners – other people or organisations who share your target market. Building a referral programme will be the best investment that you can make in growing your business.
Module Five
Creating Your Killer Content For Public Speaking, Presenting And Writing: (Tuesday October 25, 20:00 GMT) Once you have nailed down a target market and created your own unique marketing message, it’s time to look at expanding on this message and creating some content that is guaranteed to make your service seem irresistible to people within your target market. Once you have come up with some great content it’s simple to turn this material into articles, talks and presentations.
Module Six
Social Media: (Tuesday November 1, 20:00 GMT) The sixth class looks at social media, which even if you don’t fully understand or even like (!) is a great way to build presence and show leadership within your area of specialism. We will look at how your strategy will change depending upon your target market and we will show you the best direction for your unique business.
Module Seven
Websites That Sell: (Tuesday November 8, 20:00 GMT) Our penultimate class deals with websites and looks at how to create client magnetic internet sites. The world is only going to get more reliant on technology and having a solid, client attractive website is a MUST in 2011. And the great news is that it doesn’t have to cost you a fortune. We will also look at some simple tricks to make your website more attractive to search engines.
Module Eight
Putting It All Together: (Tuesday November 15, 20:00 GMT) The final class brings everything together and allows you to leave with a solid gold marketing plan.
